SUPPORT THE CHILDREN

How to help

We are looking for partners to give these children a better life and future. Food, clothing, blankets, buckets, cooking gas, money, you sharing this on your social media, your time and skill are most welcome.

From the first time when their predicament was aired various stakeholders came together. It is with the same spirit and mind to not only cater to immediate needs but also for their future.

Every helping hand is more than welcome as we do this together. It's not about money or material things only, we have had people with the ability to teach and train volunteer to add value to this amazing project and community.

Your donation

Every donation is accounted for in a transparent manner for assurance to every donor that the community is benefitting the most from every dollar and material donation.

Registered donors will get a report and newsletter on what has been accomplished for the project regularly. Once you have decided to partner please also consider making these children's welfare your recurring concern and social responsibility goal towards making a difference in someone's life.

The children are seventy-one (71) at the most at one particular time with six (6) elderly women caregivers taking of the kids on a daily basis. Their age range is from less than a year to 19 years. Eighteen (18) of the children are orphaned.

The community the children live in is disadvantaged and so some children have been going to care-givers for provision. The heart of these caregivers to share the little they have is what has kept the children going to this haven for care.

The original clip was shot by the Zimbabwean Broadcaster ZBC. See it below.

Make a difference today

The video above shows where these children are coming from. Though many have given and catered for their most urgent needs and the narrative has been improved greatly, we still need to work so they have a future and prevent them from sliding back to that place again. This responsibility is ideally not a once-off one but needs us to come together to make a difference.

We are not looking for money only but for your skill, your network on social media that you can share with to have the word out there, your time by volunteering on certain days to help make a difference...the truth is everything goes a long way and nothing is too small.
